We carry the risk of self-insuring tickets.
The insurance fee goes to offset our losses on processing fees we get hit with on refunds. The insurance gives you the ultimate flexibility, knowing that you can buy now with limited knowledge of health concerns, job schedule or other gremlins that can spoil your next visit to Author Nation.
We can't call it no questions asked because we do ask you one question.
Do you want a full refund or do you want the difference between the live ticket and the digital ticket?
You'll either get your money back or, if you choose to convert your ticket, you'll get a partial refund and still have access to the videos and the after party.
