The room rate for 2025 in our block is $142 to $182, depending on the night. There is an additional $15 per day resort fee ($17.01 with tax). Reservations must be made by October 2, 2025, to receive the group rate. After this date, the rate will depend on hotel availability.

Final Note on Rooms
You will be charged the first night room & tax deposit at time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
Deposits are refundable up to 72 hours prior to arrival if you need to cancel.
Standard check in time is 4pm, check out is 11am.
- The hotel will verify identification and secure a credit card deposit at the time of check-in for incidental purposes. Guests will be prohibited to check-in unless they provide these items and cash will not be accepted as a deposit. If you need to make pre-arrangements, allow 14 days for a credit card and 30 days for a check. Please contact 1-800-Caesars for additional information about these arrangements.
- An early check-in fee may apply to attendees arriving prior to the hotel’s check-in time of 4:00 pm. Guests wishing to avoid the fee may complete their registration paperwork upon arrival and store their luggage at the Bell Desk. Self check-in kiosks are conveniently located in the hotel lobby.

Arrive early: We recommend arriving on Saturday or Sunday to give yourself time to settle in, adjust to the time zone, and explore the area before the conference starts on Monday.
Book in advance: Domestic airfare tends to be more affordable when booked 1-3 months ahead. Keep an eye out for deals starting in late summer or early fall.

If the Uber or Lyft rate is over $25, we recommend getting a taxi as there is a fixed rate of $25 from the airport to the Horseshoe.
