Author Nation is the world’s largest author conference and multi-genre reader event, bringing together authors, industry leaders, and readers for five days of learning, networking, and growth.
We offer two options to exhibit at Author Nation:
1. Sponsorship opportunities are designed for organizations seeking elevated visibility and deeper engagement. Sponsors can showcase their brand, connect with decision-makers, and engage with authors who are actively investing in their careers. Sponsorships are tied to specific, high-impact elements of the event, such as featured programming or marquee experiences, and may include a table or booth at Tuesday’s Industry Expo, depending on the package.
2. Vendor participation is a focused, streamlined option centered on Tuesday’s Industry Expo. Vendors receive a dedicated table during the Expo, providing direct access to attendees in a high-energy, high-intent environment. Vendors can also take advantage of the rest of the week, including educational sessions and networking events that offer additional opportunities to build relationships and connect with ideal clients.

Author Nation 2026 kicks off with our Industry Expo Day on Tuesday, November 10th at the Horseshoe Las Vegas.
Purchase a table to become an exhibitor and showcase your products, reveal new features, offer demos, and connect with authors who are actively investing in their craft and business.

WHO SHOULD EXHIBIT?
Author Nation is built by and for indie authors.
Our conference is focused on educating authors to make informed choices about the publishing paths and platforms that fit their goals and budgets. We emphasize economic, sustainable strategies that help authors retain control over their work while reaching readers effectively.
Because of this, not every business model is a good fit for Author Nation.
Industry-standard publishing models—where publishers bear the cost of production and revenue is shared through royalty tiers or cost-recovery splits—are welcomed.
Vanity presses and similar variations, which shift financial risk onto the author in ways that may be considered predatory, will likely find that this is not the right event for them.
We take this stance seriously to protect authors from exploitative practices and to ensure that vendors and publishers who invest in exhibiting at Author Nation connect with their ideal audience. If your company provides real value to indie authors, we strongly encourage you to highlight Author Nation authors who already use your services as referrals—this helps us confirm you’re in the right place and builds immediate trust with our community.
Our goal is simple: to protect authors, and to help vendors maximize their investment by exhibiting in front of the right audience. We don’t want anyone wasting time or money at an event that doesn’t serve their business or our authors’ needs.
All vendors must be a live show ticket holder to exhibit at Tuesday’s Expo.
As part of our commitment to uplifting smaller creators, we’ve reserved two ticket scholarships for the following vendor types:
1 for a cover designer
1 for a narrator
To be considered for one of our two vendor ticket scholarships, fill out the exhibitor application. Vendor scholarship decisions will be made by July 30, 2026.
Assistants are welcome at no additional cost, but please note they will not have access to conference sessions unless they purchase a ticket.
